Job Overview

We seek an experienced Branding and Media Manager to join our client's team. This role involves shaping and elevating the organization's brand identity and communications strategy, ensuring a unified and values-driven message across all platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging content for public relations, encompassing marketing materials, press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletters, and social media content, maintaining the company's visual presence.
  2. Develop and oversee content strategies for projects of varying scales, utilizing digital design, compelling content, and technology to achieve impactful outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to formulate marketing plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities for brand engagement.
  4. Initiate internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  5. Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  6. Compose, edit, and proofread marketing and communications materials, such as press releases and social media content.
  7. E nsure alignment of all content in web, print, and digital materials with brand standards through branding guides.
  8. Support other departments in producing presentations, communication materials, and creative content.
  9. Meet budget standards by managing expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  10. Represent the client in communication-related events or association meetings, establishing industry linkages and partnerships.
  11. Collaborate with the Admissions and Academics team to develop a communications strategy for programs based on campaigns and target audience.
  12. Identify opportunities to enhance the brand's reputation and maintain a media database.
  13. Create internal newsletters for the organization.

What we're Looking For:

  1. A Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (ongoing experience acceptable depending on experience).
  2. At least 7 years of experience in marketing campaign management and product development.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Philippine market, consumer insights, and the digital marketing landscape.
  4. Understanding of the digital consumer journey and strategic utilization of digital touchpoints.
  5. Proven experience in project management, task execution, and issue resolution.
  6. Demonstrated networking and people management skills.
  7. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  8. Ability to adapt to new software and processes.
  9. Proficiency in developing advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
  10. Capable of interpreting data and generating unique insights.
  11. Familiarity with Paid Marketing, SEO, and award-winning branding case studies is an added advantage.
