  • Lead key engineering decisions to shape the future of our iOS app.
  • Develop high-quality production code for the Speechify iOS app and maintain existing complex app architecture.
  • Work closely with a dedicated product team to design and implement user experiences that delight users.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to inform the product roadmap and make informed decisions about the evolution of your product.

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • A proven track record of working on products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Experience in developing various products from inception to decent traction.
  • Customer obsession and commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Product thinking and ability to support internal teams and designers in making informed decisions.
  • Agility in generating ideas and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Technical skills in Swift, SwiftUI, Multithreading Programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, Git, and different Git strategies.
