Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in quality management and process engineering, with experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sites' top defects and develop a comprehensive strategy to reduce defect rates
  • Implement and govern existing programs to optimize machine alarms for the detection of machine abnormalities
  • Manage Infineon QM tools for internal and customer audits
  • Represent OSAT in Infineon-wide recognition programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Technology Developments/Product Developments/Process Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Deviation management and problem-solving analysis
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements
  • Vast experience in working with various stakeholders in Continuous Improvement Programs
