Job Description:

The Culinary Assistant is a vital role within the kitchen, responsible for ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards of quality and presentation. In this position, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare and cook a variety of meals.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Commis Chef. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food to a consistently high standard

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to plan and execute menus

• Ensure that all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner

• Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues as needed
