Job Description

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that products processed by San Miguel Corporation - Integrated Farm Specialists, Inc. meet the required standards and specifications.

This position involves implementing customer product standards and specifications, monitoring and controlling critical parameters, and maintaining good manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing customer product standards and specifications in the operation.
  • Monitoring and controlling room temperature, product internal temperature, chlorine concentration, and foreign objects.
  • Maintaining good manufacturing practices, sanitation standard operating procedures, and quality and food safety systems.
  • Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and sanitation of production facilities and auxiliary facilities.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any 4 or 5-year course (Engineering or equivalent).
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in the food industry.
