Landscaping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at Topserve Service Solutions Inc. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and upkeep of our gardens, grounds, and outdoor spaces.

As a Gardener with our company, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including designing, maintaining, and preserving outside spaces. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Additionally, you should be comfortable working outdoors, standing or walking for extended periods, and willing to adapt to changing weather conditions.

• Maintain the appearance and health of plants, trees, and other outdoor features
• Design and implement new garden designs and layouts
• Operate horticultural machinery and powered hand tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ALS or higher preferred
• Knowledge and experience working in horticulture or a related field
• Eye for detail and ability to multitask
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
