Job Title: Taxation Specialist

The Taxation Specialist will be responsible for accurately charging and updating voyage files to ensure tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and update voyage files in advance of voyages and refresh them as updates are needed.
  • Coordinate with different teams to maintain accuracy and compliance for voyage-related charges.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Good data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Prior experience with port expenses and charge management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
