We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Innovation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and be able to apply innovative solutions to improve the integrity of our facilities.

The Facilities Innovation Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and preserving the integrity of civil structures within our manufacturing plant. This includes managing civil engineering projects and enhancements while adhering to industry standards and government policies.

In addition, the successful candidate will engage in emergency remediation and analyze structural challenges to prevent future occurrences. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a PRC license is required, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred candidates will have over two years of dedicated experience in managing civil and structural projects, as well as expertise in interpreting and analyzing civil as-built drawings. Proficiency in MS Office applications and technical software like AutoCAD and STAAD Pro is also essential.
