The Role

  • As an Application Developer, you'll leverage your expertise in Oracle WebLogic Application Server and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service to design, build, and configure enterprise applications.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize performance, and deliver robust solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
  • Drive team-level decision-making, ensuring project alignment and success.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, build, and configure enterprise applications according to business process and technical requirements.
  2. Gather and analyze user and business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Develop and deploy robust solutions using Oracle WebLogic Application Server and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  5. Ensure scalability, security, and best practices are adhered to in application development.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Application Server.
  • Proficiency in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
  • Strong knowledge of application development principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Java programming and popular frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
  • Familiarity with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL).
  • Demonstrated experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise applications.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills for debugging and performance optimization.
