About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of software solutions using NET. You will be responsible for designing high-quality solutions, leading the implementation of continuous improvement items, and promoting Agile Scrum practices within the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of software solutions using NET, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to user requirements.
  • Manage the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems, including error fixing and issue escalation.
  • Collaborate with QA, Product/Business Analysts, and other Software Engineering functions to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software.
  • Contribute to the development of technical design documents, testing plans, and implementation strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in a technology-related discipline (e.g., IT or Engineering) and extensive experience in the field.
  • Expertise in Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Microsoft .Net (especially C#, ASP.Net, .NET, .NET core, Web API, REST API, and MVC).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, etc.) and experience building and maintaining continuous integration tests using Jenkins.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
