Job Overview

As a Sr. Financial Planning Analysts, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team at John Clements Consultants, Inc.

About the Role:

  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance financial performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and reports to support business decisions.
  • Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial planning and analysis tools and techniques.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial planning and analysis best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L, actual vs budget, etc.
  • Certified Public Accountant is a plus but not required.
  • Strong skills in spreadsheets, data analysis, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Hybrid setup (2x a week onsite per week / Day or mid-shift).
