About the Role:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving business objectives and developing innovative solutions to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide input on strategy and business direction. 2. Develop and manage various ad hoc tasks and projects. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow in the use case process. 4. Champion the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials. 5. Support partner acquisition and retention by addressing product inquiries and enhancing the end-to-end partner customer experience. 6. Champion product offerings' enhancements to align with business objectives and the product development roadmap. 7. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to help customer-facing units understand new product/process enhancements and marketing promotions. Requirements:
1. Strong background in product or marketing management. 2. Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries. 3. At least 3 years of relevant work experience. 4. Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently. 5. Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets. 6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 7. Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel. 8. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
