At IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of BPO experience, preferably in Healthcare or Collections, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team, meet deadlines, and demonstrate high problem-solving and analytical abilities.
As a BPO Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and meeting performance targets. If you have a strong customer service ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
