Interior Design Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative interior designer to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet client requirements and project goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in 3D modeling and drafting for construction details, as well as experience with CAD software and a keen eye for aesthetics.

This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic visualizations of design concepts and presentations.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
  • Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
  • Excellent understanding of construction details and building codes.
  • Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
