Responsibilities:

  • Work with CISCO UCS, HP Blade, IBM/Lenovo, and Dell servers.
  • Conduct level 2 troubleshooting activities and incident support.
  • Perform routine, planned, and emergency maintenance of Windows devices.
  • Ensure all services are delivered as per agreed SLAs/OLAs, quality, and scope.
  • Harden operating system parameters in line with client security policy, standards, and approved baseline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
  • At least 3 years' experience in 2nd Line Windows Server Support specialist.
  • Must have significant Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 to latest support & administration experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the configuration of Windows Domain Infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Cisco UCS B and C class servers, HP/IBM/Lenovo/Dell servers.
  • Good understanding of SAN storage provisioning, LUN masking, and zoning.
