Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at GOODAPPS INC. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  2. Oversee reconciliation of accounts, financial reporting, and month-end closings.
  3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  4. Analyze financial data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  5. Lead and mentor accounting staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  6. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
  7. Assist in the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP & AR.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting software.
  4. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide their team towards achieving exceptional results.
