This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Multimedia Artist at Transnational Diversified Group. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports our company's digitization and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our business owners to develop high-quality visual content for our websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other digital channels. Your focus will be on creating visually appealing graphics and animations that align with our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and business owners on strategic direction and design deliverables
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand identity
  • Deliver design items within requested timeframe
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in fields related to Design, Change Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video creation (3-5 years)
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other design work
  • Proficiency in design and animation tools e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop
  • Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to designs for marketing campaigns, preferably within the shipping industry and digital contexts
