Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Hexagon Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective personnel to implement administrative policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field, with 2-3 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HR Software is required, as well as knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

The role involves managing recruitment to ensure job vacancies are filled, providing newly hired employees orientation, and providing training for employees based on assessment needs. The candidate will also document employee transfers, resignations, and other status changes, and maintain confidentiality of company and employee records.

In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will facilitate the development of various organizational teams and their working relationship with other teams and individuals, organize company events, activities, and programs, and prepare and facilitate Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), admin-hearing, and other implementation related to employees' discipline.
