Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
  • Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and protocols to optimize productivity and resource allocation
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, addressing any housekeeping-related concerns
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure consistent service delivery and a seamless guest experience

Requirements
