Job Title: Executive Vice President of Finance

JKS Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Finance to lead our financial strategy and planning.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management processes.
  • Maintain effective banking relationships and cash management practices.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax, and audit-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the financial strategy and planning process to achieve business objectives and financial performance goals.
  2. Provide strategic guidance on business planning, financial analysis, and decision-making.
  3. Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  4. Evaluate performance by analyzing financial metrics and data.
  5. Support fundraising ventures and expansion activities.
  6. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Prior country experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis, Taxation, and Audit.
