Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical and medical assistance to all employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

  10. Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of health and safety.
  11. Possess a diverse skill set applicable to various operational roles within the organization, including training, administration, events, or other areas of support.

Qualifications:

  1. A licensed nurse in the Philippines with at least 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
  2. Strong knowledge of DOLE compliance and workplace health regulations.
  3. Experience in writing articles, research, and social media posts related to health and wellness.
  4. Ability to develop and implement wellness programs that enhance employee well-being.
  5. Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
  6. Prior experience in HMO coordination and employee health benefits management is a plus.
  7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and multiple responsibilities.
  8. Willing to work on-site (Monday-Friday, shifting schedule).
