We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our team at Realbase. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Domain Performance Specialist and commercial sales team in setting up, delivering, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns across a range of digital properties.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the setup, delivery, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns.
  • Collaborating with account managers, coordinators, and performance specialists to ensure effective ad campaign delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ad Operations/Marketing Specialist roles within the Media industry and possess excellent attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder management skills. A tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, IT or related field is highly regarded.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Ad Operations/Media industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, IT or related field.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint qualifications highly regarded.
  • DFP/Google AdManager or DBM Certification highly regarded.
  • Publisher/agency ad serving systems (DFP, DBM, DCM, Google Ads, FB Ads Manager) and third-party ad serving tools (Sizmek, Facilitate) experience.
  • Tag Management systems, ad trafficking, and creative troubleshooting experience.
  • Digital Media background and understanding of Digital Media Trafficking, Digital Media ecosystem, and advertising platforms.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to work autonomously.
