As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital sales rooms at a leading company. Your vision, craft, and conviction will drive the creation of intuitive, human-centered experiences that solve real problems.

About the Role
  • You'll report to the Head of Product Design and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design with clarity and care. This includes creating experiences that feel simple, human, and effective.
  • Prototyping expertise is essential as you'll be responsible for exploring, aligning, and selling the future faster than words alone can.
  • Design systems experience is also highly valued as you'll need to work comfortably with components, variants, and tokens.
Your Responsibilities
  • Design experiences that move the needle for both users and the business.
  • Shape strategy by connecting user insight to business goals, metrics of success, and turning ambiguity into focus.
  • Set and raise the bar for quality, pushing yourself and others to deliver at a high standard.
  • Collaborate with engineers to run usability tests or experiments and work with WCAG A/AA principles.
What We're Looking For
  • 4–6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showing UX depth and UI excellence.
  • High standards of craft and prototyping expertise.
  • Design systems experience and comfortable critiquing a DS.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, making complex ideas simple and inspiring.
  • Ideally, you've also collaborated closely with engineers and worked with Lean/Agile methods.
