About the Role

This position is part of Emerson's Automation Solutions business, where you will support marketing strategies by creating clear written material in support of the organization's programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and update content by encoding XML on DITA files.
  • Edit documents (e.g. Technical Notes and Configuration Data Sheets) using appropriate editing tools.
  • Coordinate with partners on content approval and publishing/posting of documents.
  • Create and monitor the completion of a standardized approval workflow for technical documents using appropriate tools.
  • Maintain the photo library, logos, drawings, and other design assets.
  • Check and validate Emerson Branding concepts and design on all technical documents for consistency for both internal and external customers.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of updated technical documents. Call out issues, ensuring they are resolved appropriately and on time.
