Job Overview

We are seeking Test Proctors to administer and oversee standardized exams for students using the Zoom platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the education industry or those seeking to supplement their income with meaningful work.

Proctoring assignments are primarily held on weekends, following a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare testing materials and monitor students during their exams
  • Meticulously time students across up to five different exam types per session
  • Observe, take notes, and ensure exam protocols are strictly followed
  • Communicate with headquarters staff when issues arise during exams
Requirements
  • Availability of 4–20 hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST
  • Flexibility to accept weekday proctoring sessions is a plus
  • No previous proctoring experience required — in-depth paid training and shadowing opportunities will be provided
  • Prior standardized testing or experience working with middle and high school students is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback
  • Strict adherence to protocol and professional conduct
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, as this is a client-facing position
