Senior Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, payroll, and payments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recording and maintaining accurate financial data into general ledgers to produce balance sheets and income statements
  • Collaborating with the Accounting Manager to maintain strong client relationships
  • Performing reconciliations, month-end, and year-end close activities

You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including financial management, reporting, and analysis. If you have a passion for numbers and are looking for a challenging role in accounting, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Comfortable with 3rd-party software applications and cloud practice management systems
  • Experience in a remote work environment
