The Inventory Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business success by creating and recommending short and long-term plans for replenishment planning, process order creation, and production work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and recommend inventory plans to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  2. Develop and implement process orders based on store orders, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  3. Design and recommend production work orders to meet customer demand and operational efficiency.
  4. Analyze and maintain buffer levels of raw materials, considering site warehouse capacity and operational constraints.
  5. Represent the project team to SBU business partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  6. Maintain compliance with company policies, good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, quality schemes, safety, and other related regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in production planning in a manufacturing or food manufacturing plant.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, ERP, SAP, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent command of both English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills across divisions, departments, and suppliers.
  • Willingness to perform fieldwork and adapt to changing operational demands.
