Administrative Liaison Coordinator

At Prestigious Law Firm in Makati, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Liaison Coordinator to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our corporate compliance efforts.
About the Role:The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external entities, ensuring efficient communication and coordination. They will assist with the preparation and review of SEC filings, reports, and compliance documentation, as well as coordinate and schedule meetings with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review SEC filings, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information and updates related to SEC compliance matters.
- Address inquiries and provide assistance to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams on SEC-related matters.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials needed for SEC filings.
- Monitor progress of compliance-related tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with SEC filings, regulations, or compliance requirements is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, reporting standards, and compliance processes.
- Previous administrative or liaison experience in a corporate or regulatory environment is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
