A US-based founder of a fast-growing online intimacy and wellness brand is seeking a proactive tech-savvy professional to support day-to-day digital operations. With over 25K followers on TikTok and a rapidly scaling e-commerce presence, this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic entrepreneur at the forefront of digital retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product inventory using CommentSold (experience with Shopify or similar platforms a plus)
  • Pull and organize inventory from external sources and ensure listings are up to date and accurately maintained
  • Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts (targeting abandoned cart users repurchasers etc.)
  • Manage customer credits discounts and promotional codes

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design eye-catching social media graphics banners and email visuals using Canva
  • Align all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes

Social Media & Marketplace Management

  • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok Facebook and eBay

Set up and manage Facebook events and promotions

  • Ensure product listings are correctly formatted and deduplicated across channels

Administrative & Operational Support

Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed

  • Support with logistics scheduling and backend tasks to streamline operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals
  • Experienced with e-commerce tools CommentSold Shopify or similar platforms
  • Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation
  • Highly organized self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote role
