Role Overview:

UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet client requirements
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps
  • Strong communication and project management skills
