Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing Management:
  • Process sales invoices according to established policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Closely coordinate with the Customer Service department for any instructions indicated on the invoices.
  • Ensure supporting documents (proof of delivery) are provided and attached to the original invoices.
  • Revolving Fund Management:
  • Adhere to guidelines set forth in the Revolving Fund policy.
  • Verify the necessary supporting documents using a checklist.
  • Ensure revolving fund vouchers are approved by authorized approvers.
  • Accurately indicate correct accounting entries in the voucher.
  • Process revolving fund replenishment requests and encode approved vouchers in D365 (AP module).
  • Maintain sufficient Revolving Fund levels to prevent depletion and ensure ready cash availability upon request for operational use.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Promote the integrity of finished goods inventory balances.
  • Review, evaluate, and post movement journals in D365 for internal FG item requests by cost center departments.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend Inventory Adjustment Journals in D365 for system vs physical FG inventory variances.
  • Assist in monthly and annual physical inventory.
  • Validate reconciliation items.
  • Support the reconciliation process after inventory count.
  • Closely collaborate with SBU Accountants.
  • Disbursement Management:
  • Verify completeness of supporting documents for liquidation.
  • Prepare requests for utilities and send them to AP personnel for processing.
  • E nsure proper charging of expenses.
  • Fixed Asset Management:
  • Perform physical counts of fixed assets as directed and scheduled by the Fix Asset Custodian.
  • E nsure fixed assets are properly tagged for easy reference during PI counts.
  • C oordinate with the Fixed Asset custodian during reconciliation.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting.
  2. At least 2-3 years proven experience as a General Accounting / Accounting Officer or similar role in the same industry or equivalent.
  3. Experience in a Manufacturing company is preferred.
  4. Willin gness to be assigned in Suntrust Ecotown, Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite.
