Chief Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chief Engineer to oversee and manage building operations, equipment, and systems maintenance at SOSA JB Property Management Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage building operations, equipment, and systems maintenance
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Licensed Engineer
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment/systems maintenance
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and make sound decisions
  • Indepth knowledge of building systems maintenance
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
  • Certificate of Completion in Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations, and Maintenance Training
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Dependable with high value for work ethics and customer service
Salary Offer:

PHP 35,000.00 BASIC PAY + PHP 5,000.00 PCO ALLOWANCE
