Bakery Operations

The Senior Baker will be responsible for managing the bakery operations, including:

  • Inventory management of bakery finishing supplies.
  • Ordering of raw materials.
  • Final preparation of bakery products.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any food & beverage service management related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in the F&B industry.
  • Well-versed in hotel restaurant operations/related industry.
  • Up-to-date with new trends available in the market.
