Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Philtech. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Review and draft contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
Assist in contract administration and compliance.
Prepare reports on contract status and volume.
Participate in meetings with external counsel to address legal issues.
Requirements:
Law degree (preferably with Obligations and Contracts Law, Labor Law, Corporate Law, and Taxation).
Proficient in using Excel, Word, and other MS tools.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
