As a seasoned data expert, you will play a pivotal role in connecting technology, data, and client needs to develop impactful data solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Data Solution Development: Build data solutions based on specifications, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and integration.
  • Quality Assurance: Thoroughly QA custom datasets for clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and data teams to resolve data issues and create delivery pipelines.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create automated queries, reports, and dashboards to demonstrate data value and drive business decisions.
  • Customer Support: Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to manage timelines and onboarding, providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Onboarding Materials: Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs to support seamless onboarding processes.
  • Technical Communication: Assist PM and TAM during customer calls regarding data, clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team communications via Scrum meetings and Slack, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Requirements
  • Data Expertise: At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers on data integration and utilization.
  • Advanced Skills: Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and integration, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and Python, with ability to manage multiple commitments and set stakeholder expectations.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality ownership, effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, and a growth mindset with continuous improvement attitude.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience in e-commerce, knowledge of Data Lakes (S3/Glue), modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
