About the Email Solutions Specialist Role

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for clients using leading email marketing platforms. You will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  2. Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices.
  3. Troubleshoot email-related issues.
  4. Educate customers on email compliance standards.
  5. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features.
  6. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption.
  7. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  2. Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  4. Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  5. Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms.
  2. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  3. Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
