Chief Financial Strategist

At GRJ JARO ENTERPRISE INC., we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. Estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 annually.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to lead our accounting department. As a Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the general accounting functions, developing and maintaining strategies that minimize financial risk, and helping with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities and corporate financial control audits.

• Manage and oversee the general accounting functions
• Develops and maintains strategies that minimize financial risk
• Help with monthly, quarterly and annually financial activities and corporate financial control audit
• Master in handling Inventory, Financial, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Supervise the general ledger accounting functions
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure the correct and timely closing and year-end report
• Ensures compliance with accounting policies and regulatory compliance
• Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders
• Ensures companies' financial wellbeing by tracking revenue and expenses, consolidating and analyzing financial data, preparing special reports, maintaining internal controls and other best practices, and reporting activity to internal and external customers

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Previous work experience as Accounting Manager and Finance Manager for 10 years
• Strong understanding in finance, accounting and management principles
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (experience with other financial systems- SAP)
