Financial Reporting Specialist Role

A senior financial reporting specialist is required to manage and perform general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Key responsibilities include managing fixed assets, intangibles, leases, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, prepaids, GRIR, stock rotation, accruals, and tax-related entries.

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.

The ideal candidate will have CPA certification and proficiency in SAP S4 HANA. Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP, accounting principles, and internal financial controls is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in using Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and banking platforms such as JPMorgan Access.
