Job Overview

The role of Bid Coordinator is pivotal in the success of our construction projects. This position involves coordinating bid documents, organizing proposal submissions, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

This individual will lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines.

Effective teamwork and strong communication skills are crucial in this role as the coordinator will work closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to gather necessary information and facilitate the preparation of comprehensive bids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Work closely with the project manager, estimators, and other team members to gather necessary information, to facilitate the preparation of comprehensive bids.
  • Independently manage the workload calendar of assigned regions.
Requirements

  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail to produce quality documents and ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
