The role of Company Nurse at Magnakron Oleo Phils., Inc. is a vital position that ensures the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees.

• Clinic Management: Provide immediate first aid treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic, issue clinic passes to employees, and conduct regular physical check-ups.
• Employee Health, Safety & Welfare: Spearhead annual physical exams, manage employee records, assess compensation claims, and instruct first aid providers.
• Administration Duties: Prepare and submit health reports to regulatory agencies, provide health orientation, and assist in HR functions.

This role requires exceptional compassion, dedication, and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of government requirements and occupational health policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with licensure or registration in the Philippines
• At least 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience
• Training certificate in Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Nurses is preferred
