Medical Advisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a trusted advisor for customers seeking clarity on medication side effects.

The ideal candidate will leverage medical knowledge to ask the right questions, assess concerns, and provide clear guidance through consultative conversations.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding medical information and product quality complaints via telephone, email, or other channels.
• Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines.
• Perform tracking activities, ongoing quality control of defined process steps, training, and data reconciliation from multiple sources.
• Conduct patient-first conversations to address medication-related concerns and provide support.

• A minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in pharmacy, life science, or related field is required.
• An associate degree with 2-3 years relevant experience in safety or regulatory affairs may also be considered.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related field is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines is necessary.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required.
