Job Title: SharePoint Specialist


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement a New SharePoint Hub
  • Work with Stakeholders to Translate Requirements into a Clear Hub Structure
  • Build the SharePoint Hub, Including Menu/Navigation Design, Connected Sites, Permissions, and Document Libraries
  • Configure Features Like Version Control, Multi-Language Support, and Restricted Access
  • Apply Client Branding Guidelines to Create a Clean, User-Friendly Interface
  • Ensure Consistent Navigation Flow Across Sub-Sites
  • Maintenance (Monthly)
  • Perform Light Updates, Troubleshoot Issues, and Adjust Menus/Permissions as Needed

Requirements
  • Proven Experience in SharePoint Online/SharePoint Hub Implementation
  • Knowledge of Taxonomy, Metadata, and Navigation Best Practices
  • Hands-On Skills in UI/UX Customization within SharePoint
  • Strong Communication Skills for Occasional Client Calls
  • Ability to Act as an All-Rounder: Architecture, Build, and Admin

Engagement
  • Project Duration: Setup and Implementation by Deadline
  • Maintenance: 1x per Month Check-In and Light Updates Thereafter
  • Reporting: Work with Project Manager; May Join Client Calls Occasionally
