E-Commerce Executive Position Overview

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for customers across multiple markets. Your primary objective will be to drive growth and performance as the revenue owner for Hong Kong and International online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and performance by ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement across all online channels.
  • Support regular performance reviews and site checks to guarantee seamless customer interactions.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and updates for weekly reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation actions that enhance overall performance.

You will also assist in executing onsite refreshes, conducting previews and checks to ensure campaign readiness, maintaining and updating onsite content, and providing executional support for sale set-up and other marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field (internship/entry-level experience welcome).
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficient in basic copywriting and data analysis.
  • Self-starter with a 'get things done' attitude and extreme ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
