The Role Overview:

This role involves supporting the People Systems function, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Firm's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining custom reports, troubleshooting system issues, and providing end-user training and support to HR staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain custom reports to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Support HR data integrity, audits, and system security to protect sensitive employee information.
  • Develop and maintain HR system documentation and training materials to facilitate efficient onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze system data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Ensure smooth system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance business processes and system usage, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with HRIS reporting and data security standards to maintain regulatory requirements and protect company reputation.
  • Assist in SAP HRIS data management, including audits and reporting, to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Provide end-user training and support to HR staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize HRIS systems.
  • Track HR system performance and provide timely updates, recommending enhancements to improve overall system effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Management, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred), with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize system downtime and optimize user experience.
  • Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR teams to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Flexible to adjust work hours based on operational needs, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to accommodate changing priorities.
