Responsibilities:
  • Review and Process Transactions: Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Handle outstanding accounts receivable, including timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure Accurate Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately and on time into the accounting system (QuickBooks Online).
  • Verify Balance Sheets: Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other relevant accounts.
  • Prepare Reports: Create monthly cash flow analyses, financial reports, and other ad hoc reporting as required by the firm.
  • Completion of Month-End Procedures: Complete all month-end close procedures accurately and on time.
