Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of internal and external projects within predetermined timeframes and allocated resources. This includes understanding project requirements, following established business processes, conducting risk analysis, and designing mitigation plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation: Responsible for the successful execution of internal and external projects within predetermined timeframes and allocated resources.
  • Active Participation: Executes and coordinates activities with the Project Committee based on the Master Plan, conducts root-cause analysis, assists in creating solutions, coordinates team efforts, reviews departmental deliverables, and controls client delivery for quality.
  • Client Point of Contact: Acts as the main point of contact for the client during implementations, maintains constant communication, provides detailed reports, calls, and meetings, coordinates with the client's main point of contact, ensures project alignment, serves as mediator between Project Committee and client, communicates changes, progress, and statuses, and aligns internal team with client and introduces project committee.
  • Post-Go Live Support: Supports operations for 4 weeks post-go live, ensures consistency and adherence to client requirements, completes implementation report for transition to Operations, follows up on open items, ensures full project closure, conducts implementation audit, measures alignment with client requirements and company standards (QGBM), and sends evaluation surveys to assess overall process.
  • Support to Operations Department: Designs project plans for new projects, presents plans during program launch, assigns priority levels, tracks project progress, provides consultancy services to Operations.
  • Training and Skill Enhancement: Receives and conducts internal/external trainings, conducts teach-backs, develops training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Holder of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related work experience.
  • Project Management Orientation: Has a project management orientation.
  • Industry Language Exposure: Exposed to call center industry language.
Skills and Competencies
  • Project Management: Skilled in project management.
  • Documentation and Reports: Experienced in documentation and reporting.
  • Data Management: Proficient in data management.
  • Business Software Applications: Familiar with business software applications.
  • Communication: Effective communicator.
