Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Service Manager to lead and deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. In this role, you will leverage industry-standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure seamless delivery, meet service level agreements, and drive excellence in infrastructure project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver business and technology outcomes for programs, projects, or contracted services using established methodologies and processes.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute multiple projects flawlessly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, escalating to management as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third parties.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, diagrams, and spreadsheets.
• Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skills, and experience.
• Analyze and track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis.

Professional Requirements:
• Required Skill: Infrastructure Service Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Certifications: PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
