Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the acquisition and finance teams with tasks such as financial analysis and modeling, market research, due diligence, investment presentations, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments, including reviewing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
  2. Perform market research and analysis to support investment decision-making, utilizing data from various sources.
  3. Prepare high-quality presentation decks that effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  4. Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordinating with third parties.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and analytics.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models, using advanced Excel skills.
  7. Provide administrative support to the acquisition and finance teams, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  2. MBA degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  3. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or acquisitions is required.
  4. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines is essential.
  5. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization, are required.
  6. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
