We are seeking a skilled Project Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed cost analysis and developing cost models for new warehouse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cost analyses and develop cost models for new warehouse projects
  • Track committed cost targets to ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Analyze labor, materials, and operational costs to assess project feasibility

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, project management, or warehouse/logistics operations

Skills and Qualifications:
