Job Title: Legal Associate

About the Role:

The Legal Associate will provide comprehensive legal support to BIGGS Inc. to ensure our operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal disputes, advising on regulatory matters, and supporting various departments with legal guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
• Handling legal disputes and advising on regulatory matters
• Providing legal guidance to various departments
• Assisting in risk management and ensuring compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Juris Doctor or equivalent), Political Science, or Legal Management
• 2-4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the food service or retail industry
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent research and analytical skills for interpreting laws and regulations
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Effective communication skills for presenting legal advice and interacting with stakeholders
